The farm has a large open
terrace and two covered
restaurants.
Amongst other dishes, you
can savour: scialatielli
(typical hand-made local pasta)
with smoked provola cheese and
porcini mushrooms,
Sorrento-style gnocchi (potato
dumplings), pasta and beans,
beef, cutlets, sausage, wild
boar, rabbit and chicken.
Healthy home-grown vegetables,
starter courses rich in
traditional cheeses including
provolone del monaco,
mozzarella, caciotta and
farm-cured hams and salami.
Desserts and home-baked cakes
will titillate the palate of
guests, all accompanied by local
wines, many excellent herb
